Penalty for trading herps within 6 months.

Does anyone know the penalty (if there is one) for trading herps within the 6month time limit?

without written authority from the department to do so, you will face a fine and possiable
loss of your licence!
The vic department are very reluctant to issue an exemption from the 6 month rule

and loss of animals as well.

You need to get permission beforehand, you can't apply for an exemption after you've already traded the animals.

Jackrabbit - If you acquire an animal (other than breeding) you must keep it for 6mths before you can move it on...it's a licence condition...
