RE: Pictures Of My Setups

I live in the ACT so when I got my Bh I had to insulate my 5 foot fish tank with styrafoam then I put a flat rock back ground over that.I got Pete from canberra exotics to make me a hood.
It was great but after a year my python got a little big so I upgraded.
Dam I wish I had a camera

He was so well looked after before I got him, that I can only hope to maintain that level!

Thanks.
They're only juvies, about 2 ft long each at the moment.

Thanks dynea.
I've only been collecting since April!
The best tips:
1). Try to pick up 2nd hand enclosures (My Bluey 4' tank & stand cost me $120 & 1 hour cleaning time!)

2). Read the APS forums!

3). Read everything you can about your animal before you get it. I like to have the enclosure set up a week before any new arrivals hit. This allows for temp monitoring, aesthetics, etc.

4). Read the APS forums again & ask questions.

Good luck & happy herping!

The Beardie has a UVA/UVB bulb.
The Blueys have a reptisun fluro, now installed.
The snakes get exercise time in the yard every weekend as well as receiving natural light.
