At least I got to meet a few of the gang. I had a good talk with Teamsherman and Bryony outside the Park while we were waiting for others to arrive. And I got to briefly say hello to Earthmother and her crew in the foyer. Nice group.

Unfortunatly, John Weigel wanted to show me some new snakes and to get my opinion on them, so I didnt get a chance to have a good talk to earthmother and gang. Plus I had a annoying friend who was waiting outside the Park for me so he could come back to my house for me to sex his Diamond hatchlings. Stuffed up all my plans for the day.

Maybe the next group meeting I will get to stay around and meet everyone properly.

Yeah, it was a great day. Earthmum is a great young lady, good fun and very friendly , as EM said, hix is a good bloke too and very knowledgable. As was the rest of the EM gang. Got to hold (well, in a take away container) a baby Death Adder, very cute little thing. I think i will get one when i am qualified and a bit more experienced.
I have about 70 awesome pics and will post them tomorrow some time.

And also, Bigguy, it was great to meet you and thanks for the awesome chat, some really good info was taken in like a dry sponge.

Cheers, Alan and i look forward to meeting even more Aussie Pythoners.

it was good to meet bryony, alan, and hix.... and a brief meet with bigguy.
also, i had never been to ARP before, so i was pretty excited.
i got to hold a boa constrictor, which was probably the highlight of my day, i absoluteley love them!

i put a few pics in my gallery.

Maybe we could try an organise a taronga trip and try and go behind the scenes in the reptile area. I have been behind the scenes there once before and would die to go again.
Last time I actually got to touch a living dinosaur - the tuatara. awesome.
