Question Please Help!!

I have just bought my first dragon, a Jacky Dragon. I have monitors and am unfamiliar with what vegies & other food i can feed him.
I know lettuce, avocado & celery are a big NO, i have been told i can give him strawberry yoghurt, any specific brand?
i really want him to be as healthy as possible and have a broad diet.

Any other info on Jacky's will be much appreciated.

Thanks Heaps.

I normally choose veg by colour- carrot, capsicum, zucchini, apple, tomato, hibiscus & rose flowers there is heaps of things you can use. I use the wizzer machine in the kitchen which works ok, but for one dragon its probably a bit different (just chop small). Don't just stick to one thing keep it varied and provide a mixture at each feed. The dragons seem to get very curious with all the different colours and smells.
