I'm wondering the same thing. Never seen it done like that before

Nice enclosures both of you

Shax what do you use as substrate? I'll be putting my bredli on display in the lounge room but can't find a substrate that's both good for the snake and pleasing to the eye at the same time

missy if u want a nice looking substrate thats not gonna harm ur snake i'd suggest tiles.... they come in all different colours (whether u want the jungle look or desert thing).... ive just switched all of my display enclsoures over... they hold then heat really well in winter and r nice and cool in summer and cheap and easy to clean and u dont run the risk of having them swallow anything if u feed in thier enclosures...

As for the wire thing.... its really hard to keep humidity and temps down up here.... ive got wire on the front of a few of my cages for that reason... would be harder in darwin i suppose....

Home made Bredli enclosure ( why buy when you can build ) first go at building an enclosure. Next ones will be better, never knew that having one snake would get me wanting more( Will be building more enclosure's soon for my next purchase).
