prickly gecko night mode shot

picked my new cloning gecko today. did post some picks in the feedback section, but here is some of shots from the infa-red setting on my camera. it is fantastic for no/low light shots like these. obviously not true coulour, but when it's dark, it is awesome. i used it the other day when i was yabbying in west oz, turned out great night footage in pitch darkness. has anyone else used this function? we use a sony cmos 4.0 mpxl handycam.

i used to have a sony dsc-f828 and that has the night shot function too.... was very good, its the only thing i miss since upgrading!

Hi Renegade, they are good. I especially like the shadowing in the background....

thanks. the red led is under the lense, so that's how the shadowing comes about. she looks pretty menacing in these shots, but she's tiny.
