He/she is appox 50cm (maybe more)

sorry bout the pics....my camera was dead and I had to use the one on the comp

thanks in advance

Hi, i was told by Clayton Knight. That appropriate age for probing is 12 months old. Thats when i took my coastal to get her sexed. Hope that helps.

Can be probed at any age, some snakes probe easy, others not so, but generally most arn't to hard.

From what I understand it is best to have them probed when they are young. I believe that they can be probed pretty much right out of the egg. I also understand that probing a more muscular advanced python may not have a accurate outcome. I would say get it probed by someone who knows what they are doing right now. Hope this helps.

DONT even try to pop them as inexperience will render
damage your python. Find a good herp vet or an experienced
keeper to probe for you

Make a few phonecalls and check if the vet can probe first, hopefully someone off this site might offer you some free help though.

I'd be talking to a keeper who has a lot of experience of probing snakes personally.

I really mean a lot don't let someone get a bit of experience with a live snake.

cheers

btw, someone applicable help him.

I probe at approx 2 weeks of age, or 1 week after their 1st shed.
