Qld record book help?

Hi all I recently bought my first snake (on my own licence) i have previously had them but have been roomates. I am a little unsure how to fill out my record book ill write the things that i dont understand and maybe some of you with experience can shed some light

what does it mean when it says:

Date of Acquisition or disposal: ????

Method of Acquisition: ????

no. in:
no. out ????

and progress total

If anyone has an example of a page filled out that would really help too thanks alot

When you by a snake you should take your record book with you and they usually fill it out or at least help as you have to write their licence no. in it. Progress is the amount of snake so you start of at 1 and as you get more of that species it goes up. Acquisition is purchase, sale etc. Look at the sample pages carefully in the record book that should give you an idea.
