Q's about Stimpsons

i have a couple of question

when does a stimpsons get to max size?
what weight is a fully grown stimmie?
do the colours dull as they get older?

Colouration? : Some specises dull with age, but they're older snakes.. I've seen some stimson pthons that are 5 - 6 years old and still have their full colours
