Babies

I guess they are still babies and don't understand that you don't crap in your food bowl. My adults still crap around the place but never in the food bowl.

Thirds or turds

Just thought I would clarify if you meant 2/3 (two thirds) or 2 turds.

2/3 of food may mean too much for them and 2 turds would mean that they are'nt toilet trained yet

the bowl is really small they can easily climb ontop of it so they can get their food.i'd say its about 1.5cm high of the ground.

mine are 6mths old and usually poo around the same area and usually just after I changed the newspaper with one turd on it,then the other will crap in the same spot. But sometimes they crap in their food dish.Doesn't bother me unless I have just loaded it up with food for them in which case they have ruined all that fresh veges.I guess they are just shoeing who's the boss.....
