questions~pythons,skinks,monitors

ive got a few questions about different things that i would appreciate if any one could answer
1-would a 90cmx40cmx40cm tank be big enough for a pair of shinglebacks?
2-would 50% of the lid being mesh be enough ventilation for shinglebacks?
3-would a large 50cm plastic fish tank with a full mesh lid be good enough for keeping a carpet python around the 60cm mark?
4-what size and what type of tank would be the best(dimensions-design etc-)for a pair or two of pygmy mulga monitors?
,thanks.,

Answer to you questions
no that would not be enough floor space for an adult pair of shinglebacks,
yes that much ventilation would be fine in an appropreate sized enclosure
No, personally i dislike fish tanks for the keeping of any snake they are made for fish no snakes
if you can afford to house the snake properly dont buy one!
Sorry dont keep monitors so cant comment on suitable enclsures

I'm pretty sure shingle backs will grow to over 50 cm so that dose not give them much space to move or turn around. if they are juvies it will be ok until they get bigger.
not to sure about the python but seems to small to me bigger the better.

4x2x2 is great for a pygmy mulga. Though people do keep and breed them in smaller or larger enclosures.

thanks ,luckily i decided to ask questions before buying a tank lol
posts seems to be confusing some posts say keep pythons in a tank around half its size and to keep them in click clacks up to about a year.what ttype of enclosure would a need for a 60cm carpet python
i guess for the shinglebacks since they get so big i maze well get a big tank which will save me money instead of just upgrading as they grow

lol 50 cm shingleback is a bit of an overstatement i have a pair in probably a 4 foot enclosure and they are quite content

4-what size and what type of tank would be the best(dimensions-design etc-)for a pair or two of pygmy mulga monitors? best would be over 1m+ high and over 0.5m in other dimnsions, bigger is always better so i guess a 5m cube would be best. They are an aboreal species so height is preferable but not really essential. A standared 4'; tank is plenty big enough IMO just give them plenty of bark and branches so the can run around and hunt etc.
,thanks.,
