I've got a female now who's given birth to approx 33 babies in 6 months - shes pregnant again and I've never seperated them. |

Wormout Gel we put through the watering system(you have to mix it up very thoroughly to get rid of the lumps- a whisk is good), Avian Insect Liquidator we mix up in one of those backpack spray thingos. Spray our whole 27ft truck container, nesting boxes(take the food out), sawdust bedding material - We usually change this first. just spray everything! Walls, floors, light spray on the ratties. Any critters that you treat, make sure you stick to the withholding period before feeding on to reptiles, don't want any snakes dying hey? I think Dave uses a 7day withholding period after worm treatment and the same for the spray. We would use Top of Descent Spray, but it is so darn expensive in a spray can. Not economical for us I'm afraid. It works straight away, and you can also feed on immediately! We know the main ingredient is d-phenophrin in TOD. Trying to find somewhere to buy a bulk spray. Does anyone know of a supplier please? We think the mites might come with our bulk sawdust. We do a spray approx. every 3 months. Cheers Cheryl | | |
