hey sarah,
i posted the same question a few days ago but heard nothing back. the only guy who got back to me was a guy i used to get them from up in north queensland. but there has to be a decent supplier round here you would think.
in previous posts a lot of people have said they reckon it is cheaper getting them flown up from either the rodent rancher or animal attractions (both on this site)

just got an email from him today with his current prices,
pinky rats 6 for $6
fuzzy rats 6 for $7.50
small rats $2.50ea. 6 or nore $2ea.
medium rats $4.50ea. 6 or more $4
large rats $5.50ea. 6 or more $5ea.
pinky mice 6 for $4.50
fuzzy mice 6 for $5.50
small mice 6 for $6
medium mice 6 for $6.50
large mice 3 for $5

thats a pretty good price. i have started a rat farm in brisvegas just recently and will be selling soon. however my prices are very similar. northside. will post details when we start to sell.

Sarah - if you are in Brisbane soon, I have a whole heap you can have for a $50 note...not sure on exact numbers but it's definitely a lot more than $50 worth.
