Rats or Mice?

Gday All

I have Diamond probably 4 year old. Whats better for her Rats or Mice? Or doesn't it make a difference? I heard somewhere that rats have more fat or something?

Any info would be good

rats are far better than mice. But once a snake gets to a certain size i like to get my snakes onto quails. Rabbits also help them grow {starting from rabbit kitten size}

Rats would be better for a snake that size, it would probably eat 10-20 mice in a meal anyway wouldnt it? It would be easier and cheaper just to feed it one or 2 rats.

Rats, although you may have a little trouble getting her onto rats at that age.(or then again you may not)
We had one that age and it was really testing to get her from mice to rats, but in the end persistance paid off.

I am surprised a Diamond of that size would even notice a mouse. Rats, definitely.
