Rats vs mice

Can anyone give me solid evidence that rats are a better food source than mice? I have seen lots of comments that rats are better but no reasons why. Cheers in advance, Boo

Feed 2 snakes the same size, one on rats and one on mice for 2 years and you will see the difference in size

Would they be the same size, if you fed them both the same wieght of meal ?.
eg snake no1 = 150grms of mouse
snake no2 = 150 grams of rat

There's very little diference.
People go by looks rather than genuine weights.

I have 2 carpets out of the same clutch. The one on rats is 4 foot and the one that eats 3 mice a week is about 3 foot

One sample isn't considered statistically accurate
