Gully Reptile Centa ( http://www.reptilecenta.com.au/ ) had two (count em 1,2) monitor display. One is a above ground "pit" and has a meter plus mertens in it. They had an avary with a lacie in it but are currently upgrading his home(?) . They also have a huge glass enclousure with seven EWDs in in it, one male and six females. They breed in there. When the male starts complaining about a bad back they swap him with another male who lives with the mertens.
And to confirm what Cherylsaid, both Gully Reptile Centa and Scales and tails are very clean, in fact I don't think I have seen any reptile waste in either store. Wouldn't interest Slatey at all.

i think the melbourne reptile warehouse is not all that bad - i have been there once when it must have been turd day for the snakes cos almost every enclosure had poo in it. the difference is that there was only 1 turd in each of em unlike the stores i complained about in my previous post about pet stores in melb. every other time they have all been very clean. they also know what they're talking about when it comes to reptiles and can actually give you correct information - everywhere else you may as well not bother asking. i definitely agree about the lacey enclosures tho - they are wayyy too small. their prices are a bit steep but no different to the other stores around. i must say ive never heard them playing loud rock in the store but maybe ive been there on quiet days lol.
