It's a pinner...they are using it to push every last drop of venom out, and also to stop it thrashing about. Those Gaboons are gigantic, like Death Adders on steroids times 10.

I've assisted in milking tigers, there is a Agkistrodon bilineatus at bredlis reptile park but your one up on me with the adders.
Anyhow its proberly for the best. SA has enough mad herpers running around the countryside scaring the livestock |
