Imcurrently using Plastic h/duty shade cloth from bunnings in one enclosure. provides lots of airflow and no harm to the snakes and cant be ripped very easily. 900 x 500mm stretch.
I just used a wooden strip nailed around the edge of cloth to attatch it to wooden frame.
Works good for me........however i now use snake wire from bunnings instead. But depends on the style of cage your making, and it suits the cage Ive done with it;.

I have metal flywire instead of glass on the front of my adult bredli enclosure and it provides excellent air flow, he doesn't rub his nose either, I will gradually replace all the glass fronted enclosures with metal flywire I find glass too hot in Qld
Just watch your animals for any evidence of nose rubbing, some do , some don't

mmm ive got glass and my bhp rubs his nose all the time. His nose isn't shiny any more like his head, from the excessive rubbing.
sorry to go off topic but why do they do this?
