is there anyone in south australia, selling used enclosures, everywhere i have looked so far only retail new, any ideas will be fantastic, (ps i have 3 weeks, new snakes comming in 4 lol) otherwise i will be converting a wardrobe.

|  | =^.^= Subscriber | Join Date: Jan-07 Location: Northern NSW Gender:  | | | | hey dentech im always on the look out for cheap enclosures lol I made my first and only one by going to a 2nd hand store and found a perfect china cabinet they only way i had to modify it was pull a glass shelf out cost me 20 bucks to buy.... obviously i fitted it with a UV light and a light for heat so all up i think it cost me around 200 to set up.... but i did buy my UV globe from a pet shop which was alot dearer i could have got a tube for 10 bucks but there was none in stock so i spent 30.... i like 2nd hand store lol at least that way i can pick the size and haggle price and i dont have to get something custom built... most enclosure ive looked at havent had light fittings in them anyway etc and start from around 100 bucks so i think i got a bargain.... even better if you have some old furniture around the house.... anyway good luck lol check out some 2nd hand shops ;-)
