Setting up an Enclosure

Can someone please tell me where I should be going to purchase all my equipment I need to set up a snake enclosure??

My father-in-law is making our tank from scratch so we need all lighting, vents. etc. etc.

If you fancy a drive then Pails for Scales in Ballarat are great on the pricing of some of their stuff, I buy all my heatmats from there as they are better then anywhere I have found so far!
