sexing blue tongues

can anyone tell me how early you can sex bluey? I have been told you have to wait until they are full grown but others have told me that after they are about 20cm s/v you can tell. I only have one so I can't compare it to another one for the size of the head etc but when I brought it it was the stockiest one in the bunch. It is now 23cm s/v and still fat but that could have something to do with him being a guts. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can't be done easily at any size, though older ones arn't usually too hard, esp wild ones that have a more natural growth rate, some very very experienced breeders may get a better than 50/50% guess rate from newborns but it's really only an educated guess. I have found sexing over fed captive raised ones near impossible when their head / body size ratio is out of proportion.
