my 3 year old jungle that i have had now for about 6 weeks is just going through his first sheading since i have had him his eyes went milky then back to normal about 3 days ago and he still hasnt shead i have sprayed the inside of his enclosure with water to get the humanity up but this doesnt seam to be helping.

It can take anywhere up to a week for them to shed after their eyes return to normal. We have a diamond who generally sheds about 2 weeks after his eyes have been milky and this is normal for him.
There are no problems so don't stress.
Leave him be and he'll shed in his own time. Just keep the humidity up a little more but not too much and he'll do ok. Just make sure if you have a higher humidity not to let the temps drop as high humidity/low temps with JCP isn't good for their health.
