Curious (as are a few others i'm sure :wink: )to see what set ups you all have for gecko's so feel free to throw up a few pics.

What is your ****ing problem????? When people ask to see some enclosures, coastals, bredlis or dragon pic you don't tell them to do a search. This forum is for people to ask questions and to see other peoples setups. Maybe you should find a different forum to go to

yes how about we all search previous topics from now on instead of communicating. In fact lets swap from a forum to a search page =p Forum might give people the idea that we like to talk and share and stuff =p

Geckoes are fairly simple in their needs - right temp and a few hide site. These are some of mine

small pairs enclosure =first 3 pics. Female in the sand depression is about to lay.







larger pair live here. Sorry there in hiding!



very simple well ventilated tank, sand subsrtrate deeper in crn, kept moistr for digging, timbre or bark hide branch bowl. heated in winter under shallow
crn with 15 watt heatcord. no heat needed rest of year. no heat period if cooling.
misted daily for drinking. spot cleaned and total clean monthly

what sized enclosure would be sutable for 2 thick tailed geckos?

WOW! That is an impressive set up. Musta cost you a fortune in all those glass tanks, even if you did pay wholesale price for them. Well I see some answers to some of my questions. Thank you for sharing. I didn't know if geckos needed high climbing perches or not.

Can I just ask one thing, though, if you use a heatcord, do you mount it to board underneath the tank or do you put it inside the enclosure underneath the substrate?

heres my nephrurus amyae tank..iv showed it many times before so it probably getting a little old but anywho.. iv changed it around a bit since the photo was taken so where the rock on the right, there is now another hide. dimensions are 1000x600x600mm

and a pic i really like of my hatchling

Thanks so much everyone, there's heaps of great ideas there. I have a small empty enclosure sitting here so I think I just found my next herp WOW Geckodan that's very impressive mate, thanks so much for sharing that &amp; very nice set-ups also Instarnett &amp; chanty.
