Signs of gravidness

i am wanting to know what the signs of a gravid female are not the ones you read about but the little things because i want to know if my female is gravid she is a bit small for breeding but i have introduced the male several times

like this may not be true but if their belly becomes harder that is the stuff i am wanting to know

anything and everything might be of help so just say it

the back 2/3rds of the snake will be swollen

do they act different or dont eat

and also is the swelling like when they have eaten ( it stands out real easily )or is it different to that

Some times they want to eat wierd things and crave pickles

it also depends on what type of snakes they are.
some eat some dont.
