snake catching techniques

Here's a question for all you snake catchers out there. What are your techniques on catching venomous snakes?i've only been catching snakes at the start of this year for the qpws in case your'e wondering i posted an article on here not so long ago with a pic of my vehicle.So far i've caught 3 red bellys and 2 eastern browns i am open to all suggestions. Queensland national parks in Townsville are making it almost imposible for people to obtain a Damage Mitigation Permit, no matter what courses or experience you have. So i was wondering where in Qld you are mate.
