Here's some pics of Buffy, my diamond python. She is pleasant to hold now; I worried over nothing! Here are the links:

I think you are all correct; she's starting to become my favorite python!

is that your cage in the background by the window? if so turn it 90 degrees so there is direct daylight.

reason being is D.P.S, although U.V isn't thought to be high on the 'maybe' list it could still be possible. Also a guy was telling me of a experiemnt that he did using U.V, the snakes that had U.V got better colours later in life.

be interesting to see more pics in 12mths time!

I dont think any UV would go through the window and the tanks glass.Direct sunlight on the tank would most likely overheat it as well.
On another note I hope that its not the kitchen sink in the background and if it is I hope you dont wash up water bowls and such in it.

Spot, she's gorgeous and don't let them hassle you about the glove. They're naughty.
Nice to see you handling her, I love having baby snakes to hold and get accustomed to its new surroundings and me.
STP - is very very very anti glove now - - lol. He made me hide mine and the hook from Shadow.
I don't use them either - because STP taught me that way.

so u shouldnt use a hook and a glove?, oh and if any one remembers my snake kepps getting up to the top of the enclosure where all the electrical crap is, and i cant drag him out ne more, and i swear to god the roof looks like a bees wax nest, its coverd in glue, and it keeps getting up there, but me and talis have made an agree ment, he can stay up there as his hidy hole, but he is more confident to come out and lay on the branch now which is good so im happy, its just i cant handle him if he is up top, cause i cant get at him, without him goin all hissy and sprayin at me. so yay
