Hi there, i have a yearling mac and she is housed on red sand.(no idont feed her on it i remove her into a feeding container), i take 3 temperatures
1, substrate hot end ranges from 32 to 28
2, substrate cold end ranges from 27 to 24
3, air temp ranges from 26 to 32 oC
I feel this give her a good gradient of temps and provides me with info on what suits her best. She spend 75% of her time close to the hot end and moves around alot at night etc.
Hope u enjoy your spotted as they are great. regards cracks
