Smile spotted python hatchling setup

would it be all right to put a hatchling in a plastick clic clak setup with half of the container on the heat mat and the other half not with a dish of water??????????? and wat size should the container thankyou everybody

thats sounds great for the little spotted id say 15cm long or somthing along those line just dont make it to big it might get stressed and have eather breeders choice or paper towl on the floor of the container the little snake will love to hide under the paper.put the water on the cool side because the water will evaporate to fast and make it humid in there

This time of the year (in Qld) I don't even worry about the heat cord, I put the click clack on top of another permanent enclosure near where that enclosure's heat lamp is and the radiant heat is enough to wam the click clack and the hatchie

You can put him in before that!

If you have got a sufficient amount of small hiding places (about 5-10 for a 4 ft enclosure); you can put him in there when he's about 6 months old. Have a lot of fake plants too. If they feel too exposed when they're that young; they'll stress and attack easily.
