You would need a UV tube (not sure if you can buy them under 60cm) and the dragons would need to get within 20cm of it. Have this mounted from above. Also i would recommend a daylight reflector globe of about 60-75 watts for basking which should also be mounted from above. It would also be wise to have a heat mat under half the tank. Have all these wired to a thermostat.
