would love to have been a fly on the wall when it happened.. | 10 - 11ft. Wrapped me up and had to jump in a cold shower with her so she would let go, maybe only five minutes. |

Can anyone elaborate on how these feeding accidents occur?

|  | Regular Member | | | | | First time i distrubed her while she was asleep i assume and she just grabbed me and wrapped me up on my arm. i have shots of the hand after the bite but its on my other comp. then the next time i was showing someone how gentle snakes are and i chose her who is generally very friendly and she came up one arm towards the other then stopped very close to my hand and i said to the other people to be ready as she was gonna bite me and they laughed thinking i was joking well she bit me and this time it hurt because the first time i had had a few bourbons to say the least. but otherwise they were some of my friendliest snakes that i owned back when i was keeping a fair bit more than now. hope that answers it for you.

Gotta say I'm partial to the Olives as well.
My boy is a psycho in his enclosure, but a pussycat when he's out (famous last words :wink: )
Did you find your Olives were prone to overeating?
My boy is taking a "now I'm old enough to run around by myself" rat every 5 days. I'm happy to feed him, but I don't want to end up with a massive, pin-headed Olive, (although I guess the bites wouldn't hurt as much!)
What do you keep now, if you're happy to share?
