They look like small dragons and they keep lifting their front hands and waving them as if waving goodbye.
Does anybody know what the proper name is for these lizards and are they able to be kept and are they available for purchase? |

Gilbert's dragons are what you are referring too
saw them all the time when I lived in Mt Isa 
cute little buggers too
