While taking some pics for you the snake in question decided my hand was good enough to eat and grabbed hold and then started constricting 
So the pics aren't great but i was dripping blood on the floor.......the things i do :roll: :wink:

Bryony Port macquarie intergrades are the result of what was wild hybridising many years ago.
This however does NOT happen anymore and port macs have been breeding with port macs for thousand of years, this is the begining of a new sub species of python.
Ture port macs aren't very common in captivity and most "intergrades"are captive crosses between coastal carpet pythons and diamond pythons, these are not intergrades these are hybrids.
You can NOT create an intergrade in captivity, many years of port macs breeding with port macs in the wild has made them different.
The the pysical differences are not huge and this is why people can sell hybrids off as ture intergrades.... most of the time the breeder doesn't know the difference either.
Browns from memory that port macs head was something like 11cm long.....wouldn't tickle. Have you heard what Greg H is doing?
