Last night i brought Ruski's new plalace and set it all up. As you can see she is very happy.
All i have left to do is finisht he new lid.

So you can get a hole saw, cut out the right size hole, unscrew the fitting (you will also have to disconnect the two wires) and then put one side on one side of the board and the other on the other, connect the wires back up and screw them back together. Then you have a much more scure fitting.
Apologies if I am telling you how to suck eggs, so to speak.
