hey guys,
well just has the coolest thing happen! i ad my mac out for a lil play and as i was puting him back i went over the water dish and he moved. so i stoped and he flicked his tounge into the water and then proceeded to drink! even sounded like gulping noises  whist on my wrist!!! anyone else had this happen
on another note: he shed yesterday perfect shed exept a tiny lil pice on his tale i read somthing bout it somwhere but i cant find it? any suggestions?

Wet your fingers and his tail and gently rub at the skin until it comes off. Don't pull on it, just let it run through your fingers until it loosens. If it stays there long term it can apparently cut off circulation as he grows so you really do want to get it off. Always check for spectacles and the end of the tail when your snakes shed.

Spectacles as in the scale which covers the eye lol. I like to always make sure it came off properly when they've shed |

I have never seen my bredli drink  had her for 2 years and dont know whether she has ever drank.

My bhp has a drink every arvo when he wakes up. he loves it!

Many years ago i was watering plants in a diamond avairy and the water was running down the broad leaf of a bird nest fern. A diamond came along and crawled up the leaf a bit and then opened it's mouth about 1cm wide. The water was running (quite rapidly)straight down the leaf and into the diamonds mouth and it just sat there swallowing it!!
I've also seen them submerge their heads completely while drinking.

Yea my assumption is that bredli dont see much water in there natural habitat and therefore dont need to drink so much
