Thermometers

I was wandering what is a very accurate thermometer, i have a digital thermometer made by Aqua One which has a probe. It reads by 0.1 degrees celcius (eg 29.4 C). Is this any good ?

I am reading temps in an incubator, i have set temps to 29 and i am getting from 28.5 abd 29.4

Thanks, ZTB (Myles)

Hi mate,

Yeah that is accurate enough, i assume you are running a thermostat. If you had a digital thermometer that actually measured the temp range this would give you a good indication of thermal lag from the thermostat, but that temp range is still pretty good.

What you incubating?
