thick tailed gecko questions

I just got a 2 adult thick tails and was wondering how you sex them? What months do they breed? How many eggs do they have? And can they eat bigger insects than the width of their heads?

Generally breed from Oct till Feb/Mar, they lay 2 eggs and i have seen mine tackle some big crickets but its not benefical feeding them too large food
