I reckon she would be fine, she should be able to put out a good size clutch as well IMO.

Some candles, romantic music, wine ... you never know.

Seriously, her age shouldn't be a problem. How big is she?

She should be fine, Ziggy's parents are between 10 - 13 years old... But don't be shocked if she doesn't become gravid after your first attempt of breeding. I know a breeder that it took 3 seasons for the snake to become gravid.

my mate reckons his male darwin is that good on the mattress, it could even knock up a snake that is fixed.

Just wondering if you got her off Snake Ranch, just like your jungle.

She is probably too old but stranger things have happened. If she has never produced offspring in 13 years perhaps there is a physical reason ( not much info so I dont know if the previous owners tried to breed her)
Can you post some photos of your new snake?

I agree with junglepython.
Providing that you cool her properly (see Simon Stone articleshttp://www.southernxreptiles.com/RA%...ngPythons2.htm for temperature & photoperiod cycling) she should breed ok.
