HAHAHAHA Im glad im not the only one that thought it was pants, i agree most of it was taken from past bbc productions & 99% of the info given wasnt anything i didnt already know......watch out for the next one....its just as naff as the first.
If anyone wants it i still have a copy of all 3 on my external hd, i can burn it to a disc & send it.

I thought it was great, typical BBC Wildlife quality show. I think it was done by BBC Bristol who are about the best in the business, I'm not biased because I was born in Bristol
There is always going to be stuff you have already seen in any show I guess.

Finally got to see this program by purchasing the DVD. Boy - what a disappointment. While the film work was excellent , the narration was awful, far too over the top and all that talk about bio-technology was irritating.
However the worst part was the segment on the blue tongue "scaring" off the dog by flicking its tongue super-imposed on a Maori warrior doing the haka. This indicates an appalling lack of research and made me wonder about the rest of the programs segments

Last time i drove through bristol some bugger stole the wheel trims off my car....i wouldnt have minded but i was doing 70mph at the time!

Theyve recently announced they are cutting 12 million from their yearly budget & axing 57 jobs at the natural history unit in bristol !
