Un-expected death of my East. water dragon.

Today i went out for a few hours and when i got home i found my new dragon dead in its water dish. I took it out to check if it was playing dead but it wasnt. Myself and the breeder came to an idea that it may have died from stress from the move from the breeders place to a new home at my place. Can anyone back this up or give me a different reason?
Here is a pic of the one that is still alive.
Cheers, Alan.
Its a cricket in its mouth.

I transported my 2 EWD's by car, 2 hr trip and they were fine, what do you have them in?
My two were fighting their reflections in the glass tank and they were fighting a bit to, they only did it when i wasn't around as soon as i came in the room it would stop.
i used to come in, in the morning and my smaller EWD would have itself wedged inbetween the water bowl and the side ofthe tank (i thouhgt this was to get awayfrom the other one, not sure though)

I dont really think it could have drowned, the water is only about an inch deep and there is nothing in the bowl for them to get stuck under. And if it was out of breath i think naturally it would have just got up and took another breath. Im not sure, i think i will just put it down to stress of moving to a new environment. I just hope the other guy stays as relaxed as he is cause he seems to be settling in well.

just be really careful before you chuck it out... I remember someone on this forum had the same thing happen to them... came home and WD was 'dead' in his water bowl.... not so... and from what I remember it played dead for a few hours.

Regards
AG

The little guy has gone to a better place, i held him upside down, i did heaps to get him back around but to no avail, i left him in his home on a log for a few hours and still nothing. He has been disposed of now so its too late for any other remedies.
