my coastal is not eating and has'nt for a while now. I brought her off a man named Bruce Couason (i think that is his last name), and was wondering if anyone else knew him and would be able to give me his phone number.
Any help would be appreciated.

As suggested how are the temps? What types of food have you tried and how?
Maybe it's stressed?

how are you defrosting them?
I know it sounds obvious but one of these threads was some kid giving them to the snake still frozen, and another was leaving them out to defrost all day, and another was microwaving.. So...
Are they warm when you offer? Do you dangle it near her by it's tail? If it sees movement it will help.
Also, the braining or puncturing should help too.

To ascertain the problem, you'll need to provide photographs of the enclosure, plus a detail description of the enclosure, heat sources, where it's kept in the house, handling routine and any other information that may be related to its lack of appetite.

Snake boy if you cant get hold of the guy you bought it from to determine what it was eating or if it is a wild snake you need to try every type of food source, if you are trying mice make sure it is not too big, it should be warm & split the head open to allow fluid out of the head of the mouse, if that does not work try the same with a rat, if that does not work try the same with a day old chick, cover the enclosure so as not to disturb it, make sure it has a hide to feel secure & place the food just outside.
I am sure if you try this you will have success.
Best of luck, Paul. |

Once defrosted i put them in some warm water still in the plastic bag for a few min then i try to feed them to her. at the moment i have moved her into a click clack. | | | |
