Swollen belly. But just when I thought that it was time for her to lay, I cant feel the eggs any more? They were quite large in her belly, now nothing?

It just flashed to me, I've heard of it somewhere, once upon a time, long, long ago
Something about reabsorbing due to malnourishment????

Birds do it if the egg drops into the body cavity instead of the genital tract. Reabsorb the suckers. Dunno enogh about reptile repro anatomy to comment on whether it would happen in lizards or not.. | | | |
