Hi all,
Im curious where i can get certified (legally with documentation) in handling venemous snakes in the sydney area apart from WIRES.

I don't think you can Shermy with out being a member of WIRES or Sydney Wildlife. The only other way that I know of is by being in an emergency service such as Fire Brigade, Police or NPWS etc. I know that WIRES do a reptile handling courses for these and other groups.

You cant get a certificate that is currency for use with working life, ie that attracts insurance coverage and or workers comp.

I'd be very interested in doing one too, so if anyone can hook Alan up with anything could I please be included. I'm sick of hearing about people (at work, etc) killing RBBS's!  I want to be able to get them out of the sheds at work and neighbours houses safely. | | |
