Was wondering if anyone knows how long it takes to receive a Victorian Wildlife Licence. It has been a little over 3 weeks and I have my little MD waiting for me to pick him up. The form said 3 weeks but when I called I could get much of an answer on the waiting time. - And i think the mailman is a little sick of me ambushing him.

I hate to tell ya but mine took about 8 weeks, most of the time they dont take that long but i reckon they lost mine. I just kept ringing them and they finally said its on its way.

We rang them after about 1 week and they gave us our number over the phone, We were hasseling them cause we had to get an import permit as well, but if they have processed it, they should give you the number, rather than waiting for it to come in the mail

We got ours in just over 3 weeks . ou can always check to see if they have drawn from the chq you sent. The Lic conditions state that it is not valid till signed so you carn't go out and pick up your snake!
you will love your MD my sons has been great, excellent eater and handler etc.

My original licence took about 3 weeks to arrive. Renewals take about the same. Just make sure you put your Returns in on time, and when you get your licence renewal, pay it as soon as you get it to avoid delays.

The only stupid question is the question that is not asked. Yes, you CAN stop at ONE snake. | |
