One of the main rules I use when keeping different species together in pits etc. is that if it can fit in another cagemates mouth then chances are it may end up there.
I would be leaning towards the water dragon as they get on really well with bearded dragons & bluetongues
in outdoor pits as they are all of a similar size as adults.
Just be carefull that you don't put in a juvenile water dragon as the bluetongues may be pretty slow at catching them but have been known to eat young dragons when they are sleeping & an active beardie could
catch a small dragon to eat if it was keen enough.
Hope this helped a bit.

in the wild, dragons of different species do no tmix territroy, acording to herpers jacky's waters and beardies each lice in their own areas, and do not cross paths. technically easterns, eastern waters, and jacky's 'share' the same area, but they dont mix or live together, or in the same area.
water dragons could eat/attack the beardie, beardie could eat/attack the jacky. both beardie and water are capable of harming the bluey. visa versa.
cohabitation of different species is not generally a good idea.

ive found waterys are fine with blueys and beardys with both as well but jackys are tucker for all 3 so i wouldnt keep them with those 3,also waterys as a rule dont like to be handled, there are exceptions, but when outdoors they will carry on when u try to handle them,if u dont mind a few scratches on your arm ,no big deal, lol, its best to just leave them be anyways, less stress on them, waterys are great additions to a pit though,u will enjoy them

i reakon they will be fine, feed em well they should be. i know of people that have jackies and beardies together, they are fine. and the ARP (australian reptile park) keeps blueys with jackies together so i reakon they will be prefectly fine, give them room to, and with jackies i reakon its best to get 2-3 at the least. but can be housed alone....BUT THE MORE THE BETTER
