They will eat just about anything that moves, plus the usual stuff that beardies eat such as the vegies and pellets, however mine aren't as fond of the greens as much as the beardies are.

There cage will depend on their size and how many you want to have, but they need a reasonably large water section and are alot more active then beardies so they obviously need bigger cages.

Well I keep 2-3 in a 6 by 2 aquarium. But depending on your location might be easier to keep them outside.

i had 2 in a 5x2 aquarium but felt it was not big enough so moved them outside to a 10x5 aviary

Water dragons suit best in outdoor sized pit enclosure type things I've been told.
And they don't really like being handled.
