Can anyone recommend a waterproof sealer to seal fake rock background that I have made? It will be going in a frog enclosure. Thanks

I use clear coat varnishes for my fake rocks in the reptile enclosures. i know a lot of the clear coat varnishes you get from bunnings recommend their marine grade finishes for water submersion. I dont know wether they would leak chemicals from the finish into the water though. i would imagine not if soaked for a few weeks first, but hey its only a hunch.

i use a 2 part fiberglass resin, bought from bunnings for around $20 takes a few days to cure out, but when done it's everything proof, even fire proof lol

the fake background is not going to be in water, but I thought that if it was waterproofed that would probably be better, but hey I am open to other suggestions, any other ideas?
