I was told recently from someone whom i am buying off that they feed there animals wean rats
( 30-40g), i was wondering if wean rats are a different breed of rat, or it is a word for the size, or even a brand?
Please help.

They would be referring to "Weaner" rats. So rats that are just weaned off of mum.
