|  | Regular Member | Join Date: May-05 Location: Eltham, Victoria | | | | cut a square out of it half way down, using plastic nuts and bolts secure a piece of acrylic over the hole. add water and filtration and a heater(heat to 18'C). daily add a small amount of fish food untill NH3 and NO2 levels are at 0. exchange 20% of the water with fresh dechlorinated water untill NO3 levels are bellow 20ppm, add goldfish named joe. |

|  | Subscriber | Join Date: Apr-05 Location: Sydney (southern subs) | | | | A friend of mine got 10 of them, put them in a row along the side of his house and connected the first one to the down pipe from the roof.
Each is joined to the one beside it with plastic piping near the top. As each one fills, it overflows into the one beside it and so on until they are all full. He uses the water around his garden.
You need to take the wheels off and silicone up the holes in the bottom where the wheels were attached but once that is done, it works really well.
