A standard Rec license, Womas and GTP's are restricted to 2 per rec licence

Thay said in qld the painted turtles are rare/restricted so only max of 2 can be kept on rec license. But she said by the sounds of it, some people are selling the red earred slider turtle IE HUGE PEST!!! But anyway, im interested in one lol. Are they the same as northern yellow faced turtles?
