Hi All,
I found these lizards while taking a walk in a park near me. Its in SA just near adelaide. Any idea on what they are? They were both sitting near each other. Thanx!

I think those are painted dragons or something similar.. I know im not much help.

painted dragon(Ctenophorus pictus) maybe, the top one is the female and the colourful one is the male

I think you will find that they are Ctenophorus decresii

I have to go with pictus - I've only seen a female decresii and they look very different. These 2 are typical of a male and female pictus.

[5:55:17] ihaveherps: pfft i took a dare at work to eat a chilli some blokes dad grew..... within 10 mins i was sh***ing fire..... have been applying lucas paw paw cream to my date daily since and every day a bit of my shpinc skin has been peeling off..... 3rd degree burns from a pepper.... best $20 i have ever made

The Tawny dragon has more of a black stripe on the face doesn't it? (the female anyway)

I was tossing up between tawny and painted, thats why i put maybe.Dosent seem to have much blue for a pictus so i might jump the fence and take a walk on the tawny side

Well I sussed it out and looks like a tawny dragon - looked at pic on URS almost identicle.
